Distances between
places |
| What is the distance
between two points? No
problem. Use the Distance dialog and see either the
shortest distance around the world, or the longest. It's easy and fun
to use.
Press Ctrl-D to display the distance dialog. Here, you
may enter the From and To longitude and
latitude.

| You can also set the From and To
points using the globe. The example belows shows the shortest
distance between New York and Beijing.
In this example, to set the From point, move the mouse over
New York on the globe and press the F key. To set the To point, move the mouse
over Beijing and press the T key. To see the distance between these two points, press the
D key. To clear the From and To points, press the
C key.,
