How do I change the size of the globe?
Choose the Preferences option from the Globe Menu. You'll see a Size tab where you can set or change the size of the globe on your screen. Or, just press Ctrl-B, Ctrl-M, or Ctrl-S to set the globe to one of the three preset sizes.
How do I turn the globe to see another part of the world?
Just click and drag to turn the globe. The world will turn as you move the mouse.
How do I select a place on the globe?
As you move the mouse over the globe, countries or places are displayed a hint. To select a place, just click it. Or double-click a place to display a website about the place. 
How do I know what altitude I am currently viewing the globe at?
Select the globe and press A. Check out the Quick Keys menu option.
How do I move the globe to another part of the screen?
Press and hold Ctrl-Shift and then drag the globe to another part of the screen.
How can I see the local time?
Move the mouse over any place and press E.
How do I see the latitude and longitude of a place?
Move the mouse over any place and press L.
When does the sun rise or set at any place?
Move the mouse over the place and press H.

How do I see a map of a place?
Move the mouse over a place and press the M key. A map from www.MapQuest.com is displayed in your browser window.
How do I find out what the weather at a place is like?
Move the mouse over any part of the globe and press the W key. Current weather and forecasts from www.wundergound.com are displayed in your browser window.
How do I see a website related to a place?
The EarthNavigator comes installed with many websites related to specific countries and places. Just double-click on any place to see the related website. To see which database of websites is currently active, press Ctrl-L or select the Layers option from the Main Menu. You may also move the mouse over a place and press U.
What are Active Places?
Active Places are places that are embedded in the HTML of a webpage and shown on the globe. You can double-click on any of these places on the globe to show a website relating to that place.
What are Active Routes?
Active Routes are routes that are embedded in the HTML of a webpage and shown on the globe. You can double-click on any of these route on the globe to show a website relating to the route.
Can I create my own Active Places or Active Routes?
Yes. All you do is add special EarthNavigator HTML comments to the HTML of your web page. Some familiarity with HTML is required to do this. Click here for more information.
